Shipping

All in-stock orders ship via USPS within 1-3 days from the time your order is placed. For custom orders, see product details.

Standard USPS shipping times can vary from 2-6 days depending on your location (we ship from Coto de Caza, CA).

Yes! Once your order has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.

Repairs

I will repair jewelry purchased through NovauraJewelry.com or at in-person markets.

If the repair is due to defects in material or workmanship, the repair will be at no charge.

Email Laura@novaurajewelry.com with a detailed description of the repair and any pictures to help me understand the issue. I will provide a repair tracking number.

Full Repair Policy

If the repair is due to defects in material or workmanship, the repair will be at no charge for purchases fewer than 6 months.

For purchases more than 6 months, the repair is subject to a fee at Novaura's discretion.

Customized Orders

Yes! I can customize most of the necklaces in different lengths to suit your heart's desire!

I can also make longer lengths to pull over your neck to eliminate the clasp altogether! Or to wrap around for a multi-layered look.

Most of my necklaces and chain bracelets use a lobster-style clasp. However, I also have toggle clasps and magnetic clasps.

These cost more, but I will be happy to give you a quote for the added cost.
